This may be a silly question but I've searched all over the wiki and am unable to determine how to progress through Luxen if I've done all the Kurzick missions.

Is there a particular starting point where I can begin towards the Luxon progression?

Cavalon, Elder Rhea gives you the quest to Befriend the Luxons, it's basically the same thing as Befriending the Kurzicks (grind 10k faction). If you didn't already take Journey to Cavalon from Jamei in Maatu Keep.
